Sheshadri Nurani is a business development and strategy professional with experience across the maritime, technology, and business process management sectors. He has been actively involved in developing and delivering technology-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency, process visibility, and customer experience.
His shipping and maritime experience includes working closely with shipowners, ship managers, marine engineers, and technical teams on areas such as vessel inventory management, PMS database development and standardization, spare-parts digitization, barcode/RFID-based inventory systems, vessel IT support, and fleet digitalization. Through Altius Marine, he has been involved in developing solutions that bridge onboard vessel operations with shore-based technical management, with a strong emphasis on improving inventory accuracy, maintenance readiness, and operational control.
In parallel, Sheshadri has extensive experience in business development, customer experience, contact-centre operations, automation, and technology-led process transformation through his association with Voitekk SoftSol Pvt. Ltd. His experience combines commercial strategy, operational understanding, technology adoption, and solution development, enabling him to work across both traditional operational environments and emerging digital business models.
